SSONCE Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item from our collection, you have 10 days from the delivery date to process your return.
Return Policy:
- Return Window: Returns must be received by us within 10 days from the delivery date. If your order has been attempted for delivery more than twice, the return window will begin from the second delivery attempt date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Quality Check: Returns will be inspected for any tan, makeup, fragrance odors, or marks/stains. If present, the return will be declined.
- Handling Fee: A £5.99 handling/returns fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Packaging: Returns that are not sent back in their original packaging will incur a £3.99 deduction from the refund.
- Postage Costs: Original postage and return postage costs are non-refundable.
International Returns & Customs:
- Refused Deliveries: If customs fees are unpaid and delivery is denied, the parcel will be returned to SSONCE. In such cases, original shipping and return costs will be forfeited from any potential refund.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Request a Return:
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@ssonce.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Confirmation:
- Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the return instructions.

Package Your Item:
- Ensure the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- If the original packaging is not included, a £3.99 deduction will apply to your refund.

Ship Your Return:
- Send the parcel back using a tracked shipping method to the return address provided in your confirmation email.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection & Approval:
- Once we receive your return, it will be inspected for any signs of wear, damage, stains, makeup, tan, or fragrance odors.
- If the item meets our return standards, your refund will be processed.

Refund Issued:
- Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
